Our web server logs information useful as a measure of our activity. Our visitors leave our site once they click on a retailer’s link, and only our site ID and the chosen organization’s ID is carried forward to the retailer’s web site.

IN NO EVENT WILL ANY OTHER COMPANY WITH WHICH Giving2.co.uk HAS A CORPORATE PARTNERING RELATIONSHIP, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, CO-BRANDING, CO-MARKETING, JOINT DEVELOPMENT, A MERCHANT RELATIONSHIP, OR A LICENSING OR SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR NON-PERFORMANCE OF Giving2.co.uk OBLIGATIONS.

In all cases, we guarantee that, upon receiving payment and only upon receiving payment from a retailer, the full percentage listed on Giving2.co.uk  for that retailer will go to a local organization.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England.
